THE HEAT IS ON..... - On Thursday we fished with David Kent, a British Columbian native, currently living in Dubai. It was windy, so he couldn't use a fly rod, which he prefers, but–he boated 12 striped bass and one bluefish on light tackle with bucktail lures.

It's mid-June, and the Sound is coming alive.... - Larger striped bass have been caught on bunker chunks--with the average keeper 31-38; bluefish of all sizes are coming in--using topwater poppers--in 60-80 ft. depths.
